The problem

Manual compliance is audit-failing compliance.

Compliance teams in Qatar are buried in spreadsheets, email chains, and scattered policy libraries. Regulations change monthly. Audits are non-negotiable. The cost of a gap is measured in licenses, fines, and reputation.

The fix

Naseh turns the chaos into one audit-ready system.

Questions

Answers about Naseh.

Naseh is an AI-powered legal guidance and compliance platform for businesses. It helps companies understand which laws, regulations, contracts, policies, and governance requirements may apply to them based on their jurisdiction, industry, size, activities, and business model. Naseh is designed to simplify legal and compliance work by turning complex requirements into clear guidance, documents, reminders, and workflows.
Naseh is built for startups, SMEs, scaleups, and companies operating in regulated environments. It is especially useful for businesses that need help with: - Company governance - Compliance obligations - Legal documentation - Internal policies - Contract management - Regulatory monitoring - Preparing for growth, investment, or audits Naseh can support companies operating under different frameworks, including MOCI, QFC, and other relevant Qatari regulatory environments.
Naseh starts by understanding your company through a structured assessment. It looks at information such as your business activity, jurisdiction, number of employees, industry, data usage, contracts, and operational risks. Based on that, Naseh identifies: - Applicable laws and regulations - General legal and regulatory requirements - Required contracts and policies - Compliance obligations - Governance actions - Missing documents - Risk areas - Recommended workflows and reminders The platform then helps generate or organize the required documents and keeps track of deadlines, approvals, and compliance tasks.
No. Naseh does not replace lawyers. Naseh provides legal guidance, not legal advice. It helps businesses understand general legal requirements, procedures, and compliance obligations based on Qatari laws and regulatory frameworks. For complex matters, disputes, negotiations, regulatory filings, litigation, or decisions that require applying the law to a specific case, users should consult a licensed lawyer. Naseh's purpose is to make companies more informed, organized, and prepared before engaging legal professionals when needed.
Naseh is not just a document generator. It is designed as a legal guidance and compliance intelligence system. Instead of only producing templates, Naseh connects company information with applicable laws, obligations, workflows, reminders, and documents. This allows businesses to understand not only what document they may need, but also why they may need it, when it should be updated, who should approve it, and what risks it helps manage. In simple terms, Naseh helps companies move from reactive legal work to proactive legal and compliance readiness.
Naseh provides legal guidance only. Legal Guidance means explaining laws, procedures, general requirements, compliance obligations, and common legal processes based on Qatari statutes, regulations, and official frameworks. Legal Advice means applying the law to a specific individual's or company's particular case in order to recommend a specific course of action. This usually requires review by a licensed lawyer. Naseh does not act as a law firm, does not provide legal representation, and does not replace consultation with a licensed lawyer. Users should seek advice from a qualified legal professional before making decisions on specific legal matters. Keeping Naseh within the legal guidance category helps reduce liability and ensures the platform does not bypass local regulations governing the practice of law in Qatar.
Built by

Three founders, one room.

Naseh started in 2022 after we noticed how hard it was for people in Qatar to reach the right legal expert. We built an early prototype, entered the Digital Incubation Center's competition, placed third out of two hundred projects, and never stopped. Today Naseh is incubated at DIC, backed by MCIT, and a member of Qatar Science & Technology Park.
